This workshop will explore attachment theory through out the lifespan. It will incorporate experential activities to address attachment at various developmental levels.
This course will explore Attachment theory and its impact across the lifespan.
Objectives:
1) Discuss theory of attachment
2) Identify key concepts of attachment from a neuroscience perspective
3) Identify impacts of attachment on children through adulthood
4) Identify how play therapy techniques and other modalities can be used to enhance attachment
5) Participate in experiential activities such as play therapy, CBT, and other modalities to heal attachment injuries
