We often prioritize the needs of our clients, family, work obligations but place our own needs on the backburner. This imbalance can leave us mentally nd physically exhausted and cause us to lose sight of our "way" This program will help you understand more about the concepts of burnout and life satisfaction and provide applicable, evidence based strategies for making wellness a priority rather than an aspirational goal.
