Regional Trauma Institute: Empowering Change

Our upcoming conference is themed Empowering Change, and it aims to inspire lifestyle changes that will help families recover successfully from trauma. The effects of trauma can be overwhelming, and it's no secret that it can have a negative impact on mental health.
