An LPC and an Attorney will present on the legal and ethical issues encountered when called to testify in court. Partifcipants will learn about types of testimonies, legal and ethical documentation, basics of testfying in court, and the ethics of confidentiality, including the legal and ethical issues involved with working with minors in court.
