Guiding By Example,

This  is an ethics course designed to explore healthy, clear, consistent fair boundaries.  As mental healthcare professionals, it is essential we guide by example and develop strong, healthful, personal care strategies.  Join us in our discussions of how to:

1.  demonstrate healthy, clear, ethical boundaries;  

2.  Understand how imperative it is it is the provider to have firm, fail, and ethical boundaries;

3.  Understand and identify the symptoms of healthcare burnout.

4. Utilize ethical self-caring strategies to combat professional burnout.
