Dream big. Execute small. Learn how to set your intentions so your goals are authentic and satisfying to you. Then learn how to identify your systems and actions that allow you to achieve those goals, personally and professionally.

You'll learn:

The practice of reflection to identify your targets
How important your why is to the goal
How to set your system to repeat to success
A few mindset hacks to keep you on track
How being creative integrates learning in the body

The event will be one day; 3 hours of lecture time, 30 minute lunch and 1.5 hours of creative time.

The lessons consist of a proven technique and importance of setting goals, personally and professionally, that feels authentic and satisfying to an individual.

The presentation will be augmented by informative slides, and each participant will receive a workbook of the information. The workbook also includes places for their notes and reflection.

The workshop is geared for the individual to develop themselves personally and professionally, but the skills can also be applied for a counselor to use with their clients as well.
