Women's Summit at Sea

he event will have 12 total sessions. 2 live online, 10 in person.

There are 4 sessions that will teach on developing a professional voice and brand, how to use social media as a communication and marketing tool.

6 sessions will specifically help participants develop their professional identity and career by addressing goal setting, time management, communications skills, and specific mindsets conducive for successful professional development.

2 sessions are dedicated to addressing social and cultural foundations by teaching on the skills of genuine connections, along with professional networking.
