This workshop offers an explotation of the ethical importance of emotional boundaries" how ought we to live resecting self, others and the common good, learningmore skills for development of one's ability to assert both inernal and external boundaries, management of one's impulses through greater self-care and realistic goals, and making better judgements and adjustmets, valuing self-desclosures, vulnerability and self respect.
