This hands-on workshop will teach you how to explain the Karpman Drama Triangle (persecutor-victim-rescuer) and help your clients identify the roles they play. Then you will learn the Empowerment Dynamic* and practice teaching it in a fun fishbowl, role-playing the shifts in each position.
