Genograms allow clinicians to help clients explore family dynamics with more objectivity. Clinicians can "show" family structure and role functions and help clients understand and resolve stress points in one or two-household families.
Learn to draw and use simple and complex genograms to help clients understand and address divorce and stepfamily conflicts. Practice these skills in fishbowl exercises.
