Supervision is required to become a licensed professional counselor. However, it often adds more effort and weight to the supervisors' work week and that of the supervisors. This workshop will review the rationale and purpose of supervision and the key elements of intentional supervision. Additionally, registrants will review supervision models and reflect on the best fit.
