Ask the Expert: How to Completely Ignore Your Mental Health and Achieve Burnout: A Practical Guide to Wellness in Counseling

This presentation uses a paradoxical method of delivery to explore how clinicians can be responsible for their own wellness. The goal of this presentation is to help clinicians prioritize work over everything, completely ignoring their emotions, neglect self-care, and avoid seeking help as we build trusting, healthy relationships with the clients we serve.
