Overview:

Differential Diagnosis:

  1. Clinicians will gain insight and understanding to Differential Diagnosis across mental health and related fields.
  2. Clinicians will learn the importance of differential diagnosis and its role contributing to effective mental health treatment.
  3. Clinicians will learn the key difference between the types of diagnosis and their role in mental health treatment.

Breaching Confidentiality:

  1. Clinicians will gain an understanding of their role in protecting clients confidential information and records.
  2. Clinicians will learn some of the basic laws concerning confidential information and the repercussions of not protecting confidential information.
  3. Clinicians will understand the various instances where confidential information can be disclosed and tips to do so with minimal repercussions
  4. Clinicians will learn tips to protect and ensure client confidentiality.
